We are always happy to verify benefits from any other plan to see if we will be covered out of network.

HMO - Please Note:

We are not in network with any HMO plan, however, we will be glad to accept payment in full for service and provide you with a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. Please check with your plan to see if your HMO is one that will reimburse you at 50% for out of network services.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
We will hold a time just for you. We ask that you please do the same in your calendar. We have a 24 hour cancelation policy.
