Virtual Grief Support Group
In our time together, we will learn about the many aspects of grieving, dispel grief-related myths, share our individual journeys through mourning during COVID-time, discuss the rituals and sources of comfort which were and where not available, and explore the impact of role loss. We will name, process, and normalize the expected and unexpected emotions you may have felt or are feeling, practice stress reduction exercises, discover inner resources of which you might not be aware, and instill hope. Your grief is unique to you, but you are not crazy and you are not alone.
