So many of us struggle with identifying, understanding and/or constructively expressing their angry feelings. Most of us are not taught how to do so, and this is truly a learned skill. We are offering an Anger Awareness extended workshop (3, 90 minute sessions) where you can both learn about anger as well as have some opportunities to practice skills in a safe setting. You will learn what triggers you to get angry in both personal and work relationships, where you hold anger in your body and how to manage anger through cognitive and body based techniques.
This 3 week extended workshop will be facilitated by Nancy Simon, LCSW, in our Park Ridge location: 1580 N. Northwest Hwy. Suite 320. Beginning in September.
