The Mindfulness Meditation group will meet on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 am. The classes will consist of a 5 week series and will cost $150 for the entire series. Terrie Crowley, Intuitive Consultant, will facilitate these classes.
No experience necessary. We strive to make these classes accessible for everyone.
Mindfulness is a state of present awareness. A relaxed state of mind, in which we are conscious of our experience, including sensations, thoughts and feelings, breathing, and surroundings, all with an attitude of non-resistance, peace and acceptance.
This practice has been found to be helpful as an added element to recovery from anxiety, depression, stress and trauma.
