GROW is a group offered to high school girls who are looking for a safe and supportive therapeutic space to navigate the everyday challenges in their lives. The group combines Talk Therapy, Art and Coping Skills in an effort to help participants improve self-image, have open and honest conversations, and focus on topics/issues high school girls face today.
Group Leader – Jess Wenk, LCSW
The six-week pilot group will run on Thursdays from 6-7:00 p.m. via Zoom on the following dates: April 22, April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, and May 27.
