GROW
GROW is a group offered to high school girls who are looking for a safe and supportive therapeutic space to navigate the everyday challenges in their lives. The group combines Talk Therapy, Art and Coping Skills in an effort to help participants improve self-image, have open and honest conversations, and focus on topics/issues high school girls face today.
