Alice is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university in Minneapolis. Alice has helped many individuals, varying in age, gender, sexual orientation, and cultural background, navigating through past trauma, grief, anger, anxiety, and depression. Alice practices from an holistic approach, integrating the mind and body with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness meditation and EMDR. Alice is LGBTQ friendly.
Alice believes in the individual’s ability to heal with the support, attention and empathy from a therapist who empowers and nurtures this innate ability. Through client-centered approach, Alice works side by side with her clients to help them process through intense emotional experiences while facilitating the development of their skills, enhancing their tenacity and resiliency to life’s ever-changing demands.
