“Seeking support and reaching out for the assistance of a therapist can be one of the hardest but best things that you will ever do for yourself. I seek to honor the profound courage that it takes to make that first step in your healing process. I have incredible empathy for the challenges that you may come your way whether it is an experience with trauma, managing a mood disorder or coping with your addiction or the addiction of a loved one. I strive to make sure each client that I have the pleasure of working with leaves the therapeutic space feeling heard, validated and understood.”
