Becca (she/her) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. She sees therapy as a place where people can learn to reconnect with themselves, find their authenticity, and seek support through all of the complicated parts of being human.
Above all, Becca believes there is no single way to live a life or to exist in a human body. She works within a Health at Every Size framework and is committed to creating a body-positive, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-affirming, trauma-informed space where people can feel safe enough to rest and begin to heal.
Becca has experience working with eating disorders and body image concerns and grounds her practice in an empathetic, person-centered approach that centers each client’s resilience and lived experience. In her free time, Becca devours romance novels at an alarming rate and takes far too many photos of her dog. She is excited to connect with people who want to talk about being human, whatever that looks like for them, and all of the challenges that can come with it.
