Brianna (Bri) (pronouns: she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for the social work principles including the self-determination, dignity, and worth of each individual client. Brianna received her master of social work degree from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Her experience and professional interests includes working with adolescents, young adults and parents/guardians impacted by depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, school anxiety and refusal, trauma, chronic health conditions, and grief and loss. Brianna also has a passion for working with individuals struggling to navigate life when managing a chronic health condition which impacts one’s overall mental health and functioning.
Brianna utilizes a holistic, client and solution focused, strength based approach. Her treatment includes therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness and motivational interviewing. Brianna looks forward to tailoring her approach to each individual client.
