Cleo is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over seven years of experience providing individual, couple, group, and family therapy. Together she promotes a collaborative approach to creating goals that feel meaningful and productive to you and your process.

Cleo is able to assess and treat a wide range of clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, self-worth challenges, life transition, family stress, trauma, LGBTQ+, suicidality, and self-harming behaviors with compassion and candor. She creates comprehensive, ongoing treatment plans based in evidence-led practices. Cleo believes that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful one and works to meet people where they are at and help them figure out where they’d like to go.

Part of Cleo’s therapeutic style is to help explore underlying barriers that prevent people from finding and living as their authentic selves. Cleo is warm, direct, kind, and supportive. Cleo cares about creating an environment for people to feel safe to explore the different parts of you and strengthen the parts that have always been there.

Cleo enjoys music, movies, spending time with family and friends and her teenage nephew. Cleo enjoys various types of exercises and feels that is a great way to spend time focusing on yourself in a healthy and expressive way. Cleo enjoys cooking and is getting used to following instructions 🙂

“Therapy isn’t about just the hard things going on but also better understanding yourself to live your life in a way you will feel more satisfied. I believe that together we can find some answers and solutions towards the path that feels right for you specifically.”
