“As people grow and change and create relationships, sometimes we adopt narratives that make us forget our truth. As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe space where individuals can explore whatever comes up in their process of discovering, recovering, or redefining ones own truth. I am able to offer insight without judgment, offering the space to be your authentic self. Healing is hard work, and I acknowledge the bravery of every individual who is up for that challenge.”
