“I have a passion for helping others to find their authentic selves through the process of therapy. My style is interactive, warm, authentic and empathic. I believe that change occurs within the therapeutic relationship. My clinical methods include a mix of psychodynamic, client centered, family systems, mindfulness and DBT.”
