Nia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a calming and empathic perspective towards the adult population. She has experience working in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric hospital settings and outpatient clinics. Her clinical interests include grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression and chronic lifelong illness. She believes in co partnering with her clients to help navigate their healing journey. Using modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and person-centered to name a few. She enjoys establishing a therapeutic relationship of support, non judgment and freedom to just be. Nia believes in the whole person mindset including spiritual health.
Nia received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University in 2018 and a Bachelor’s from Liberty University for Health Promotion.
