Renae also specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, LGBTQIA+, attachment, and relationship issues.
“Often struggles or hardships we experience push us into following old patterns that may not fit our values or how we want to effectively live our lives. Therapy can be an opportunity to creatively forge a new path that fits the person you are today or to discover a deeper understanding of who you are. In addressing trauma, whether the event happened a month ago, or 20 years ago, there are effective strategies we can utilize together to help you heal and grow beyond that harm. I encourage you to come into a session, willing to be curious or courageous, and discover something new.”
