Susan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who offers a unique perspective to our practice by supporting our teen and adult population via teletherapy. She has experience working in a high school setting, clinics specializing in memory and attention issues, marriage and family therapy, as well as addiction treatment at the IOP level of care. Utilizing warmth, a sense of humor, and by providing an emotionally safe environment for her patients, she uses the therapeutic relationship to help patients achieve positive growth.
Susan received a Master’s degree in Counseling from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and has training in teletherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, family systems, and Gottman therapy models. She focuses on helping clients identify strengths, find solutions, and work through barriers for growth while integrating treatment approaches that best fit the client.
