Tony (he/him) is a counselor who holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. His approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that meaningful change begins within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Tony strives to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to explore life’s challenges at their own pace.
Tony is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. He believes that every person’s story is unique and that healing comes through understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful connection. Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, Tony understands that growth is rarely linear and believes every individual has the capacity to build resilience, overcome obstacles, and create lasting change.
His work is informed by person-centered, trauma-informed care and integrates interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian therapy, Gestalt therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Tony views therapy as a collaborative process that fosters greater self-awareness, strengthens resilience, and helps clients move toward lives that reflect their values and aspirations.
Whether clients are seeking recovery, working through painful experiences, or navigating periods of uncertainty and transition, Tony is committed to providing a compassionate, supportive environment where healing, growth, and hope can flourish.
“Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about discovering the strength, resilience, and authenticity that have always been within you.”
