Zach is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating adults and teens experiencing Depression and Anxiety Disorders. He received his master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Zach has gained clinical experience working in community mental health, Substance Use Treatment, and Mobile Crisis Response with diverse clients and age groups.
Zach finds working with his clients and watching them achieve their personal goals to be the most exciting part of his practice. Zach utilizes a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology. From experience, Zach has seen how helping a client develop their strengths so they can see their own potential leads to positive changes in mental health and life outlook.
