The Juniper Center Receives Ranking Among America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies - Counseling & Therapy Services - The Juniper Center

This past August, Inc. 5000 unveiled its list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies and the Juniper Center found itself to be on the list once again. The Juniper Center has also made the Inc. 5000 Top 40 Fastest Growing Behavioral Health companies. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses. Some of the nation’s most well-known companies have made their way onto this list and the Juniper Center’s own Margo Jacquot is more than ecstatic about this award.

“In a world where people are trying to become a better version of themselves, we are very proud to be a resource for those individuals,” owner Margo Jacquot comments on the main mission behind the Juniper Center. “We are very proud of all of the achievements that we have accomplished in the past few years and every single one of our clinicians is very happy to be part of the Juniper Center family.”

Not only is the Juniper Center working hard to provide mental health resources for clients alike who need help with anxiety or depression, but they are also working hard to provide resources for clinicians all across the country. From an online school with various classes for clinicians to earn their required continuing education credits to offering one-on-one business consulting for business owners to share various tips on how to help each other grow in various ways. Every day, the Juniper Center looks forward to finding new ways to help other people live their lives to their full potential and Margo is very proud of how far her business has come since it first began.

With every business out there, there comes a series of challenges that the employees are never afraid to face head-on. The most prominent challenge for the Juniper Center, like with most businesses, was adapting to the changes that came about when COVID-19 swept the nation.

“It was quite a change when we knew that we had to switch to mostly telehealth online services,” Margo mentions about the changes to the practice. “We knew, however, that we still had to be a resource since the pandemic was a challenging time for all of us.”

Once things got back to normal, for the most part, the offices were open once again and the Juniper Center was able to truly adapt to the new normal. They still offer virtual telehealth services, but recently, there has been quite an uptake in the number of clients who wish to see a therapist at one of the six office locations in the Chicagoland area.

The Juniper Center is still bringing on new clinicians to join their team and each new clinician brings something new to the table at the practice. “We welcome every clinician who chooses to become part of our practice with open arms and we are here to give them the resources they need to succeed,” Margo mentions the importance of the team. “To build a strong foundation in the mental health world, it’s important to have a strong team behind it and I cannot thank every single member of our team for being as amazing and wonderful as they are. This award would have not been possible without the hard work and dedication of the entire team.”
